Samsung has just released statistics that they have sold over 20 million of their Galaxy S III smartphones since May. According to the figures Samsung sold 6 million units in Europe,4 million in North America,4.5 million in Asia and 2.5 million in South Korea.

These impressive sales figures follow their over 50 million Galaxy S devices in June. The timing of these figures being released were no coincidence as they plan on showing their arch rival Apple that they are breathing down their necks as the top dog in the smartphone market.
